Turning outdoor advertising's black box into a data-driven booking platform

As the sole designer in a tightly integrated part-time role, I worked directly with the founder to turn the new technology into a self-serve web platform. I ran advertiser research, designed a booking flow, delivered the end-to-end design system and prototype, and helped secure a seed round.
