How much does it cost?

The fee is 5% of your total monthly salary spend. In my experience, startups waste at least 20% of their monthly salaries on work that doesn't create value. Think of distracting projects, rework due to unclear scoping, and endless debates without clear priorities... You’ll also get a strategy filter to guide future decisions, so your team stays aligned long after we wrap. Performance-based pricing is also an option if needed.

What if it doesn’t work?

At the end of the three weeks, I’ll run a short survey with your key team members. If they can’t explain in their own words what is the vision and how they can contribute to it - you’ll get a full refund. No fine print.

What kind of startups is this for?

This is built for startups with up to 50 people, especially if you’ve grown recently and feel the alignment slipping. You should have a live product and some early traction. If you’re just starting to hire, this is also a smart move, as it helps new team members plug into a clear direction from day one.

How much time investment is needed internally for this?

In the first week, about an hour per day with the founder. In the second week, 1 to 2 meetings with each key team member. In the third week, there's a final alignment session that lasts around 2 hours.
