At the end of the three weeks, I’ll run a short survey with your key team members. If they can’t explain in their own words what is the vision and how they can contribute to it - you’ll get a full refund. No fine print.

This is built for startups with up to 50 people, especially if you’ve grown recently and feel the alignment slipping. You should have a live product and some early traction. If you’re just starting to hire, this is also a smart move, as it helps new team members plug into a clear direction from day one.

In the first week, about an hour per day with the founder. In the second week, 1 to 2 meetings with each key team member. In the third week, there's a final alignment session that lasts around 2 hours.
